laufzeit

túl az év első futásán, ezúttal Gabi javaslatára visszavettem a tempómból és könnyedén teljesítettem az eddigi maximumomat, a másfél augarten-kört. természetesen a pólómat csavarni lehetett, így egyből ugrottam is szaunázni ami elképesztő jól jött, ismét. bár egy hónapja már voltak jelei a kövér fókahasamnak, most sikerült gátat szabni a zsírosodásnak. tényleg fogyok :)

far from being a fan of these norwegian blizzard beasts, however this particular record shows their slower and doomier parts with awe. required to every metal household. apparently starting cooking now, slicing vegetables performed at a higher speed with grim on my face!

nachtgemüsesuppe

- 2,5 glass leitungswasser
- 1 portion gemüsesuppe kubus
- 1 portion rindsuppe kubus
- 1 billa suppengemüsepäck
- 1 zwiebel
- gewürze: kurkuma, kümmel, majoran, rotpaprika, pfeffer

stell beide portion kubus ins kochendem wasser. stell temperatur leicht kochend dann setz alle gemüse - schon geschnittet nach kleine teile (mit einer usabe-messer) - daran. nach 3-4 minuter füg hin gewürze dazu

endlich bin ich wieder zuhause neben augarten. mein wunderlist ist voll, also soll mich eilen mit dieser aufgaben beschäftigen.
noch dazu: heute habe ich vor 9 angekommen - ach, jetzt fühle ich mich besser!

a surprise to see a metal band from rural hungary to take huge steps and in a way overcome their northern idols. sure this type of slashing music is not for all, though creativity and unique sound shines through, with great vocals. perfect job, really looking forward for their already upcoming release - enter neokhrome \m/
